The Brand Collector has no tolerance for counterfeit items, this is contrary to our policy and the basis of our business based on the trust of our community.
All items are 100% authenticity guaranteed. In addition, The Brand Collector can provide a TBC certificate of authenticity (on demand)
Once receiving an invoice from your Account Manager, you have up to 72 hours to process the payment.
Failing to do so, your account will be blocked, and your access to our website will be restricted.
Payment options are: bank transfer or credit card (this last one considers a payment fee of 1,5% for EU customers and 3% for international customers).
If you have an ongoing credit note, you could use it to pay the totality or a fraction of any of your invoices, nevertheless consider that this credit note has a span of 12 months after it is issued.
The Brand Collector catalog items are final sale. Returns are only possible if the item does not match the description or is declared counterfeit by a third party expert. If it is the case, the item must be returned within three days of its date of receipt. After reassessment of the product by our team, a refund will be issued. Sales outside the European Union are not eligible for returns unless the item is declared counterfeit by a third party expert.

For international buyers, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. The buyer is responsible for all incurred fees to release the shipment from customs upon arrival. Please be aware that specific countries prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials. No shipping to Belarus and Russia until further notice
International sales are final and are not eligible for return.
The condition of our items are classified in the following way:
N - New : unused product, perfect condition.
A - Excellent : there is no hole, stain, rubbing or any kind of wear (identifiable) marks.
AB - Very Good : there is no hole, stain, rubbing or any wear marks that are clearly visible.
B - Good : there are slightly visible stains, rubbing, or any wear marks but overall in a good condition.
Product images, descriptions, and grades are provided to be used together in order to determine the viability of an item. All three elements should be used in combination to decide on requesting an item.
