
RETURN & CLAIM
Thank you for being one of our valued customers. Before submitting a request, we encourage you to check our General Terms & Conditions & FAQ.
To ensure a smooth process, please check that your issue falls within our guidelines. Claims that do not meet the criteria below may not be processed.
(All the information below was provided when you accessed our platform. Feel free to contact your account manager if you need further clarification.)
The interior and exterior of the purchased item(s) will be compared to their original listing photos and description. If we identify any obvious discrepancies, or if the item's condition is not covered in TBC's disclaimers, we will move forward with the claim. (Considering the item's price as a factor in our decision.)
Claims, discounts, or other compensations will not be considered in the following situations:
- Payment terms not respected (meaning the invoice must be settled within 72 hours after receipt)
- Claims submitted after the specified deadline
- Multiple claims for the same item (all issues must be reported in a single claim at the same time)
- Visible defects shown in the photos or mentioned in the description
- Add-on or repair costs not pre-approved by TBC
- Price differences between the purchase price and market value
- Dust, dirt, or easily removable substances
- Size and dimensions clearly stated in the listing
- Odor due to the nature of the product

Please note that you have 5 business days to return an item once the return request has been accepted by The Brand Collector. If the item is not shipped back within this timeframe, the return will be considered canceled, and you will be required to keep the product.
- If an item is returned after the 5-day allowed period, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
- If the return shipping cost is not paid within 30 days of our notification regarding the late return received, we will keep the product without issuing a refund.
Claims regarding an item must be submitted within a maximum of 3 business days after receipts of the merchandise at the customer's address and no later than 30 days from the purchase date.
Please understand that claims will only be accepted if the payment terms are respected, meaning the invoice must be settled within 72 hours after receipt.
